Our Worship Committee

The Beth David Worship Committee supports and partners with clergy to create an environment that encourages the ongoing growth of worship practices. We strive to encourage participation and spiritual growth by fostering relationships between the board, the clergy, the committee, and worshippers. We develop a vision of worship that represents the congregation's goals for worship by:

1. Engaging the congregation in discussions about worship.

2. Recognizing and reflecting on the diversity of Beth David's community through active participation in worship.

3. Entering into meaningful dialogue and research with the congregation as determined by the committee.

4. Reviewing and evaluating change, recognizing that change is difficult and that the process must prepare and educate the community.

5. Working with the clergy to enhance study and worship opportunities
